*Beginners Classes/On Ramp: These classes are specifically programmed for someone new to CrossFit or with very little experience in CrossFit. We require that you start here, and continue to participate in the beginners’ classes for approximately one month depending on how often you attend, or until the coach feels you are proficient enough to move into the regular (Int/Adv) classes. Exceptions are on an individual basis. You may test out as an option as well or sign up for the 2-Session Fundamentals Small Group Option to get into the regular classes sooner.
