on Fridays are OPEN GYM** w/an optional WOD posted.
Saturday: ** There will be NO classes nor Open Gym on Saturdays from March 1-29th as we will be performing the
CrossFit Open Workouts throughout the day for all who have registered. **
Sunday: FOUNDATIONS Class to be determined based upon sign-ups (must pre-register to participate)

**OPEN GYM is a time to come and work on skills, do the WOD or work on strength if you are proficient in the movements. This is not a coach-led class, and more often than not the coaches are using this time to workout as well.
****Classes will be added/changed to the current class schedule as needed based on attendance****
*FOUNDATIONS: These two classes are specifically programmed for someone new to CrossFit or with very little experience in CrossFit. We require that you start here. Exceptions are on an individual basis. You may test out with one of our Coaches, and need to make an appointment to do so.
*The 2-Session Foundations must be pre-paid in order to reserve your spot in the classes. These sessions are held on a Saturday and Sunday and you must attend both. If your schedule does not allow you to make these days/times, email Dawn and we will set something up that fits both yours and the coach’s schedule.
